Marty LaVor wins First Place On Capitol Hill

Marty LaVor was awarded First Place On Capitol Hill during the 2015 WHNPA Eyes of History Still Contest. Bill Clark of Roll Call won Second Place; Jim Lo Scalzo of European Pressphoto Agency won Third Place. Awards of Excellence were given to Gabriella Demczuk for The New York Times, Larry Downing of Reuters, Marty LaVor and Tom Williams of Roll Call.
