Jabin Botsford Awarded First Place in General Portfolio

Jabin Botsford of the Washington Post awarded First Place in the General Portfolio category in the 2017 Eyes of History Still Contest. Pete Marovich, freelance, was awarded Second Place and Doug Mills of the New York Times was awarded Third Place. Awards of Excellence were given to Andrew Harnik of the Associate Press and Brendan Smialowski of Agence France-Presse.
