Andrew Harnik Awarded First Place in Insider’s Washington

Andrew Harnik of the Associated Press awarded First Place in the Insider’s Washington Category in the 2017 Eyes of History Still Contest. Al Drago of the New York Times was awarded Second Place and Jim Lo Scalzo of European Pressphoto Agency was awarded Third Place. Awards of Excellence were given to Lo Scalzo, Aude Guerrucci of Polaris and J. Scott Applewhite of the Associated Press.
