Jabin Botsford Awarded First Place in Domestic News

Jabin Botsford of the Washington Post awarded First Place in the Domestic News Category in the 2017 Eyes of History Still Contest. Ricky Carioti of the Washington Post was awarded Second Place, and Jabin Botsford of the Washington Post also was awarded Third Place.
