Congratulations to freelance photojournalist Astrid Riecken for her first place win in the 2014 Eyes of History still contest’s feature category. The Washington Time’s Andrew Harnik won a second place and third place while Awards of Excellence went to Jim Lo Scalzo of the European Pressphoto Agency and the Washington Post’s Matt McClain.
